Customer Relationship Manager (m/w/d)

To strengthen our team, we are now looking for a Customer Relationship Manager for our location in Gameren. You will advise customers, promote sales through cross-selling and upselling, process enquiries and provide administrative support.

  • As a Customer Relationship Manager, you will advise our customers by phone and email and will be responsible for sales promotion, e.g. through cross-selling and upselling as well as product advice.
  • You will also be responsible for independently processing customer enquiries and handling orders.
  • You will be in close contact with our logistics service providers to ensure smooth dispatch processing.
  • You will support your sales colleagues in the preparation and follow-up of external sales and with administrative tasks.
  • You have fun and passion for the tasks mentioned above and would describe yourself as "Humble, Hungry & Smart".
  • Ideally, you have completed a commercial training programme and have already gained 1-2 years of professional experience in a similar role.
  • You are determined, flexible and a strong communicator.
  • Your way of working is characterised by a hands-on mentality and a sense of responsibility.
  • You have a passion for dealing with people and enjoy making phone calls
  • You are an important member of our team right from the start and therefore start directly in a permanent position.
