§ 1 General

Your personal data (such as title, name, address, email address, telephone number, bank details, credit card number) will only be processed by us in accordance with the provisions of German data protection law and the data protection law of the European Union (EU). In addition to the purposes of processing, recipients, legal bases, storage periods, the following provisions also inform you about your rights and the person responsible for processing your data. This privacy policy only applies to our websites. If you are redirected to other sites via links on our pages, please inform yourself there about the handling of your data.

 

§ 2 Data Processing for Contract Fulfillment

(1) Purpose of Processing

Your personal data that you provide to us in the ordering process is required for a contract with us. You are not obliged to provide your personal data. However, without providing your address, we cannot send you the goods. For some payment methods, we need the required payment data to pass it on to a payment service provider commissioned by us. The processing of your data entered in the ordering process therefore takes place for the purpose of contract fulfillment.

If you send us an inquiry by email, via a contact form, etc. before the contract is concluded, we process the data received in this way to carry out pre-contractual measures and, for example, answer your questions about our products.

In the event of opening a customer account, your data (in particular name, address, payment method, email, and password) will be processed for registration and creation of a customer login. With the stored data, you can shop faster with us and at any time view your orders made. By sending us a message or using a delete function, you can remove the account again.

The legal basis for this processing is Art. 6 (1) b) GDPR.

(3) Categories of Recipients

Payment service providers, shipping service providers, hosting providers, possibly warehouse management system, possibly suppliers (dropshipping).

(4) Storage Duration

We store the data required for contract processing until the end of the statutory warranty and, if applicable, contractual guarantee periods.

We keep the data required by commercial and tax law for the legally specified periods, generally ten years (cf. §257 HGB, §147 AO).

The data processed for the purpose of carrying out pre-contractual measures will be deleted as soon as the measures have been carried out and it is apparent that no contract will be concluded.

It is possible to leave a comment. Your data (e.g. name/pseudonym, email address, website) will only be processed for the purpose of publishing your comment.

(3) Legitimate Interest

Our legitimate interest is the public exchange of user opinions on certain topics and products. The publication serves, among other things, transparency and opinion-forming. Your interest in data protection is safeguarded, as you can publish your comment under a pseudonym.

No specific storage duration is planned. You can request the deletion of your comment at any time.

(5) RIGHT TO OBJECT

You have the right to object to the processing of your data, which is based on Art. 6 (1) f) GDPR and does not serve direct marketing, for reasons arising from your particular situation, at any time.

In the case of direct marketing, you can object to the processing without giving any reasons at any time.

1) Purpose of processing

6. Right to revoke the data protection declaration of consent

You have the right to revoke your data protection declaration of consent at any time in accordance with Art. 7 para. 3 GDPR. The lawfulness of the processing carried out on the basis of the consent until the revocation is not affected by this.

7. Right to complain to a supervisory authority

b) Special case of direct marketing: simple objection is sufficient

If the personal data concerning you is processed for the purpose of direct marketing, you have the right to object to this processing at any time and without giving any reasons; this also applies to profiling, to the extent that it is related to such direct marketing.
