GreenDry drying technology
GreenDry represents an energy-efficient and cost-effective drying system technology by Wintersteiger, based on the principle of condensation drying.
Function of GreenDry:
The GreenDry drying solution relies on a limited number of heating elements that are activated only briefly at the beginning of the drying cycle to reach the required operating temperature. Subsequently, they are turned on only as needed, when the cabinet falls below the necessary operating temperature.
Environmentally Friendly Approach:
This solution allows for energy savings of up to 60% compared to other products. The resulting condensate can be collected in a container or directly returned to the wastewater system at the back of the device, if a wastewater connection is available. In addition, GreenDry improves the indoor climate and can be efficiently used from an ambient temperature of 7°C onwards. Since the moisture is removed from the clothing inside the cabinet and discharged, the indoor air is not saturated with moisture as with simple drying systems.
