Legal Notice on Returns and Right of Withdrawal
1. Returns
We are very sorry to hear that there is something wrong with your product. We are sure that we will find a satisfactory solution.
A) If the reason for the return is a supplier error (e.g. wrong or defective goods delivered),
we will be happy to collect the goods from you.
Procedure:
1. Please complete the form and wait for an e-mail confirmation that you can return the goods.
2. Collection can take approx. 3-4 working days after confirmation. The goods should be ready for collection from the time of registration.
3. If the return is justified, you will receive a credit note for the invoiced value of the goods plus any postage costs charged.
B) If there is no supplier error,
we ask you to send the goods at your own cost.
It is also possible to have the goods collected by us for a fee of €10.00.
Please indicate this directly when submitting your request. Failed collection due to absence etc. will also be charged.
Procedure:
1. Please complete the form and then send the goods back to our returns address.
2. If the return is justified, you will receive a credit note for the invoiced value of the goods after processing, excluding shipping costs and a restocking fee of 15% of the value of the goods.

Please note the following points:
- Returns can only be made for goods whose delivery date is no more than 8 weeks ago.
- Customised items cannot be returned.
- Fortdress only accepts returns in undamaged and original packaging.
- Fortdress does not accept returns of worn, soiled or washed goods.
- The customer is responsible for ensuring that the goods are not damaged during transport.
- Fortdress only accepts returns of gloves from full, unopened packaging.
- Fortdress does not accept hygiene articles, special productions (finished goods) or goods marked/labelled by the customer.

2. Right of Withdrawal
Right of withdrawal:
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason.
The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day on which you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, have taken possession of the last goods.

by means of a clear declaration (e.g., a letter sent by post, fax or email) about your decision to withdraw from this contract. You may use the attached model withdrawal form, but it is not obligatory.
To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.
Exceptions to the right of withdrawal:
The right of withdrawal does not apply to contracts for the delivery of goods that are not prefabricated and for the manufacture of which an individual selection or determination by the consumer is decisive or which are clearly tailored to the personal needs of the consumer (e.g., emblems, embroidery, company logos, printing, etc.) and to contracts for the delivery of sealed goods which are not suitable for return for reasons of health protection or hygiene if their seal has been removed after delivery.
Consequences of withdrawal:
If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse to you all payments received from you, excluding the costs of delivery, without undue delay and in any event not later than fourteen days from the day on which we are informed about your decision to withdraw from this contract.
We will use the same means of payment as you used for the original transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in no case will you be charged any fees for this repayment.
We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or you have supplied evidence of having sent back the goods, whichever is the earliest.
You shall send back the goods or hand them over to us without undue delay and in any event not later than fourteen days from the day on which you communicate to us your withdrawal from this contract. The deadline is met if you send back the goods before the period of fourteen days has expired.
You will have to bear the direct cost of returning the goods.
You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from the handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods.
