With our B2B Suite, you can add any number of area managers or sub-purchasers to your account under the "Employees" tab. They are given restricted access to your account. The rights of each employee can be set flexibly.
Yes, you can set for each employee whether they are allowed to place orders themselves or must submit a request. The employee is notified as soon as you have authorised the order. An additional option is to define a regular budget that the employee can use independently.
You can easily set budgets for each employee and flexibly choose between different accounting periods to keep track of your costs. You decide at which regular intervals, be it days, months, years or quarters, the budget is renewed.
The Fortdress Group B2B Suite subscription costs €99 net per year. There are no other hidden costs. We offer an optional employee set-up service at a one-off price of €10 net per employee. You can also set up your employees in your account yourself.
The service includes setting up employees in the customer account, including assigning rights, budget options and selecting different addresses. Alternatively, customers can set this up themselves.
The Fortdress Group B2B Suite is a 1-year subscription. The customer undertakes to cancel by post or email to support@fortdress-group.com at least 3 months before expiry. Otherwise the subscription will be automatically renewed for a further year at a net price of €99.
